Job Description
- Develop and implement execution plans for external projects, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution.
- Lead and direct field teams across various sites, assigning tasks and defining responsibilities.
- Implement quality standards at all work stages, and verify compliance.
- Effectively communicate with clients, internal departments, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth workflow.
- Address technical challenges and problems that may arise on-site and provide appropriate solutions.
- Submit regular reports on work progress, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
- Propose and implement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of external operations and reduce costs.
- Provide technical expertise in evaluating the capabilities of suppliers engaged by the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in steel structures or formwork.
- Ability to lead and direct work teams and motivate them to achieve goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various parties and manage negotiations successfully.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, given the potential need for communication in an international work environment.
- Ability to analyze problems and propose effective and timely solutions.
- Proficient in using relevant computer programs for project management and design (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, )
- Relevant professional certifications is preferred.
