Job Description
Lead and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the brand, increase customer and subscriber numbers to achieve defined targets, and ensure a strong market presence and a distinguished reputation.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Developing and Implementing the Marketing Strategy
- Design comprehensive marketing plans (online + offline) aligned with top management goals.
- Define and efficiently manage marketing budgets.
2. Managing Advertising Campaigns
- Supervise digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).
- Design and manage traditional campaigns (brochures, billboards, events).
- Measure performance using clear KPIs (ROI – Cost per Lead – Conversion Rate).
3. Social Media Marketing
- Build and manage a strong presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content (short videos, designs, success stories).
- Monitor comments and messages, converting them into actual sales opportunities.
4. Managing the Marketing and Sales Team
- Lead a team of marketing staff and coordinate with other departments.
- Monitor team performance daily and ensure accurate data entry and updates on the CRM system.
- Train employees on persuasion skills and customer interaction.
5. Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with top management weekly to present performance reports.
- Support sales teams and assist them in overcoming persuasion challenges with customers.
- Collaborate with consultants/trainers to develop practical strategies to solve registration or sales issues.
6. Market and Competitor Analysis
- Study market competitors (fees, offers, campaigns).
- Provide recommendations to strengthen competitive advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly number of leads.
- Conversion rate from leads to actual customers.
- Cost per lead (CPL).
- Achievement rate of monthly and annual targets.
- Growth in followers and engagement on social media.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of proven experience in marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing digital campaigns and social media.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (professional level).
- Strong persuasion, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business, CRM).
