Job Description

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving company growth through effective marketing strategies, covering both B2B and B2C markets. This role requires strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills to design impactful campaigns, optimize performance, and enhance the company’s market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve company growth and strengthen presence in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Analyze marketing data, KPIs, and reports, and translate insights into actionable plans that support revenue growth.
  • Manage and analyze customer databases (CRM) to understand customer behavior, segment audiences, and improve campaign targeting.
  • Utilize Marketing Automation tools and AI in marketing (data analysis, content generation, campaign optimization).
  • Conduct regular marketing analysis to track performance, identify opportunities, and assess market challenges.
  • Transform marketing ideas into clear and impactful messages for both agents (B2B) and direct customers (B2C).
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility on search engines and drive qualified traffic.
  • Manage the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), monitor performance, and continuously optimize results.
  • Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Care teams to align customer needs with marketing strategies.
  • Lead the internal marketing team, assign tasks, and oversee performance.
  • Create diverse marketing content (articles, emails, brochures, presentations).
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to develop innovative strategies for growth.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or TravelTech.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C markets, with the ability to design tailored strategies for each.
  • Hands-on experience managing customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Automation and AI Marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and turn it into strategic decisions.
  • Solid experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Good understanding of branding fundamentals and marketing strategies.
  • Strong copywriting skills to craft impactful marketing messages.
  • Proven experience collaborating with internal and external teams, and managing a marketing team.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
