Job Description

We are looking to hire a GM’s Assistant with a background in accounting, capable of handling bookkeeping and organizing financial records.

 The role also includes supporting the General Manager in managing daily administrative tasks. 

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Handle basic accounting duties including bookkeeping, invoice tracking, and account reconciliation.
  • Organize and maintain financial records and assist in budget preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced,  international environment
  • Very good written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Strong  administrative and organizational skills
  • Background in accounting
  • Excellent user of  Microsoft Office
  • flexible and willing to travel to Dubai or Saudi Arabia if required
