Job Description
We are looking to hire a GM’s Assistant with a background in accounting, capable of handling bookkeeping and organizing financial records.
The role also includes supporting the General Manager in managing daily administrative tasks.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager.
- Handle basic accounting duties including bookkeeping, invoice tracking, and account reconciliation.
- Organize and maintain financial records and assist in budget preparation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international environment
- Very good written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Background in accounting
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office
- flexible and willing to travel to Dubai or Saudi Arabia if required
