Job Description

  • Manage the General Manager's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, including staff, clients and partners.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including screening calls, managing emails, and prioritizing information.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries to support the General Manager's decision-making.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Coordinate and support administrative tasks for various departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate the needs of the General Manager and proactively address potential issues.
  • Step in to handle urgent matters and make decisions in the General Manager's absence, when authorized.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably supporting a senior executive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
