Job Summary:
The General Manager Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the General Manager, helping in daily operations, managing communications, preparing reports, and coordinating internal and external meetings. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations and strategic tasks
- Manage scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Draft emails, reports, meeting agendas, and presentation materials
- Maintain records, documents, and confidential files
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the GM
- Conduct research and prepare briefings as needed
- Take meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action points
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in executive or administrative support roles
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to travel to our sites sometimes
