Job Description
- Lead daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance)
- Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction and personalized service
- Recruit, train, and manage staff across departments
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and drive profitability
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain hotel quality standards (cleanliness, safety, ambiance)
- Collaborate with reservations and marketing team to boost occupancy
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Prepare performance and financial reports for ownership
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficient with hotel management systems/software
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
