Job Description
. Oversee and coordinate daily breakfast service in the hotel restaurant.
. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle special requests or complaints.
. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
. Maintain high food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
. Plan and update breakfast menus in collaboration with the chef.
. Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
. Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and set to hotel standards.
. Monitor sales, prepare reports, and work toward revenue targets.
. Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and basic admin tools.
. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with flexibility for early mornings and weekends
Job Requirements
. proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor, preferably in a hotel.
. Strong leadership and team management skills.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
. Knowledge of breakfast buffet and à la carte service operations.
. Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.

. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
