Minimum of 6 years of experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality role.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory, budgeting, and scheduling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and guest interactions.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
