Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target markets and industries
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales leads
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and capabilities of the company's products/services to prospective customers
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close new business
- provide a positive customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or account management role
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and Target
- good user of Sales Navigator, Sort List, And Clutch
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English is a must
