Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target markets and industries
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales leads
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and capabilities of the company's products/services to prospective customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close new business
  • provide a positive customer experience
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Provide feedback and insights to marketing and product teams to enhance the company's offerings
  •  

 

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or account management role
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and Target
  • good user of Sales Navigator, Sort List, And Clutch
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field  (preferred).
  • Fluency in English is a must
