Job Description
Research and identify potential clients, projects, and markets (e.g., power transmission, telecom, lighting, infrastructure).
Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calls, exhibitions, and digital channels.
Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates to management.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, EPC contractors, and government clients.
Schedule client meetings, present technical capabilities, and provide tailored solutions based on plant offerings.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and follow-up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations.
Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams to prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
Prepare commercial proposals, prequalification documents, and tender submissions.
Follow up on submitted offers and address client feedback or clarifications.
Maintain CRM records and generate sales performance reports.
Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Contribute to business development strategy and support marketing efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and in team-based environments
