Job Description
A leading industrial group in Egypt, specialized in food manufacturing and distribution, is hiring an experienced Fleet Manager to manage the company’s transportation operations and ensure efficiency, safety, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the company’s vehicle fleet.
Plan, monitor, and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and efficiency.
Manage drivers, schedules, and fleet utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure fleet reliability.
Prepare regular reports on fleet performance and KPIs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in large-scale operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Solid knowledge of transportation regulations and fleet management systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
