Job Description
- Build strong relationships with department leaders to understand business goals and challenges.
- Translate business needs into HR solutions that drive performance and growth.
- Partner with leadership to develop workforce and succession plans.
- Guide talent reviews, performance calibration, and career development discussions.
- Support leadership development initiatives and promote a culture of feedback and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with L&D to design tailored training programs.
- Organizational Development & Change Management
- Support organizational design, restructuring, and role realignment efforts.
- Lead or support change initiatives, including communications and engagement plans.
- Coach managers on building high-performing teams.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and fairly, ensuring legal and cultural compliance.
- Act as a mediator and advisor in conflict resolution and team dynamics.
- Conduct engagement surveys and translate findings into action plans.
- Support the execution of HR programs such as performance management, compensation reviews, and promotion cycles.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Recruitment, Payroll, and Total Rewards.
