Job Description
- Partner with leaders to design and implement employee strategies within their areas of
- responsibility.
- Act as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, providing expert guidance on HR-related
- matters.
- Organize and manage data for Annual Salary Increases, FTE planning, and personnel cost
- forecasting.
- Support strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Coordinate with HR Recruiting to fulfil staffing needs and participate in interviews when required.
- Manage and coordinate HR-related topics and initiatives for the respective departments.
- Contribute to talent management and succession planning efforts.
- Assist leaders in salary change processes and training program selections.
- Facilitate exit processes and ensure smooth transitions.
- Coach and consult leaders on team development, leadership, and skill management.
- Evaluate future business needs and recommend appropriate HR measures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- very good command of English.
- Minimum 4 years' Experience in HR Department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
