Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Organizational Development (OD) to join our team. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee engagement, supporting talent development strategies, and building a strong company culture. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance management and OD practices, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development & Talent Management:

Lead and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.

Assist in succession planning, career pathing, and internal development programs.

Collaborate with management to design and implement recognition and talent programs.

Support change management efforts and contribute to organizational design projects.

Performance Management:

Coordinate the performance appraisal process across departments.

Assist managers in setting goals, tracking KPIs, and managing performance outcomes.

Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and ensure proper documentation.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

Prepare and analyze regular HR reports such as engagement scores, turnover rates, and performance trends.

Use insights from data to improve OD strategies and employee experience.

Compliance & Audit Support:

Ensure OD and performance-related records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Support internal and external audits as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Organizational Development and Performance Management.

Proven track record in employee engagement, talent management, and culture-building initiatives.

Solid understanding of HR best practices and OD frameworks.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret HR data effectively.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional integrity.

Must reside in Nasr City or nearby areas due to onsite requirements.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an HRBP or business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and social insurance procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
