Job Description
- The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing processes accurately.
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing information about the hotel and its services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a hotel receptionist.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work with a reservation software such as Opera or a PMS software is a plus.
- Intermediate in English language
