Job Description
Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and prepare necessary documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Support various departments with clerical tasks and documentation.
Social Media Management:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
