Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and departmental teams.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained and cost-effective.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Assist with planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in one of these: (Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or English language Arts).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work onsite at the company’s new plant in Egypt.
