Job Description

Smart EGAT is looking for an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join its team. This role is ideal for a professional who can manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure smooth workflow across the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

Leading the operations team.

Handle daily coordination and documentation tasks with accuracy.
Manage phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
Follow up on plans, projects, and deadlines.
Organize and participate in meetings with customers and partners.
Monitor and enhance internal and external workflow processes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Support management with scheduling, travel, and administrative needs.
Professionally manage company social media accounts.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Manager.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Professional, detail-oriented, and discreet.
Social media management experience.
