Job Description
- Promote our community to clients, customers, and industry stakeholders through direct outreach
and personalized communication - Onboard Industry Leaders onto the platform and encourage active participation.
- Identify community champions and contributors who can help drive conversations and content.
- Research leads provided, cold call, cold email & present company initiative and generate interest
- Research leads to create connection amongst C-Suite Executives, Government Officials, Buyers &
- Sellers
- Gather user feedback and share insights with internal teams to optimize engagement and platform growth.
- Reach out to high-potential companies and individuals to promote event participation and
explore speaking or sponsorship opportunities. - Serve as a point of contact and relationship manager for confirmed partners or featured guests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for all event collaborators.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on co-branded initiatives or campaigns to expand their
reach. - Track outreach efforts, relationship status, and opportunities using CRM tools or project
trackers.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in client engagement, community building, business development, or
strategic partnerships. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly and represent
the company professionally. - Experience working in or with B2B platforms, events, or industry-specific communities is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive in managing outreach and follow-ups.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and collaborative workflows.
