Email Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement targeted email marketing strategies aligned with business goals and customer segments.
- Build and manage email campaigns including newsletters, product launches, case studies, and follow-ups.
- Create engaging email content and templates optimized for deliverability, engagement, and conversions.
Lead Generation & Nurturing
- Plan and execute email nurturing workflows based on customer journey stages.
- Segment email lists by demographics, behavior, and product interests to improve campaign precision.
- Collaborate with sales to align email strategy with lead qualification and conversion targets.
Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
- Utilize tools like Mailchimp, or HubSpot to manage campaigns and set up automated sequences.
- Ensure clean and organized contact database, handling opt-ins, unsubscribes, and GDPR compliance.
- Set up tracking parameters (UTM) and analyze performance within CRM and Google Analytics.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, bounce rate).
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to optimize results.
Prepare monthly email reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in industrial or B2B sectors.
- Proficiency in email platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, MS Dynamics).
- Strong copywriting and content development skills.
Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, list hygiene, and HTML basics
- Experience in the metals, manufacturing, or export sectors.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or integration between email and social marketing.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and ROI.
