- Participate in developing the annual comprehensive recruitment plan.
- Responsible of the recruitment plan implementation effectively and efficiently.
- Participate & coordinate all the needed preparations for the university campus tours.
- Build & update applicants and all the interested parties’ database.
- Participate in setting the annual school visits, campus tours, & university fairs schedule.
- Participate in Preparing for the annual open days for all university programs.
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between the university and prospective applicants and their families
- Visits schools and colleges, speaks to groups and individual applicants, and meets with school councils to develop partnerships between the University and other institutions throughout the state; coordinates community workshops, retreats, and on-site admissions programs.
- Advises applicants and families regarding educational opportunities and options, admission and other requirements, policies and procedures, transfer of credit, and financial assistance, as appropriate.
- Contributes to the institutional database of prospective/potential applicants in the state.
- Analyzes trends in student recruitment and retention programs; designs and implements recruitment programs for targeted groups of potential students, and develops strategies for program evaluation.
- Creates and distributes a range of resource and promotional materials designed for the recruitment and retention of targeted groups.
- Prepares reports and proposals, and responds to inquiries from applicants and external agencies.
- Achieve the target number of school visits, campus tours, & applicants’ visits
- Implements and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations, as appropriate to the unit.
- Answer all students and Parents inquiries on phone, social media, etc
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
