Job Description:
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources activities. This includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Officer helps promote a positive workplace culture and supports employees and management with HR-related needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support.
- Assist in organizing training and development activities.
- Support performance review and appraisal processes.
Job Requirements
- Fayoum residents or willing to relocate (adminstrative accommodation is available).
- At least 3 years proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of human resources management software and systems is highly desired.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
