Job Description

  • Planning Manpower Needs and Leading the Recruitment and Placement Operations.
  • Responsible for updating the Job Evaluation System, Job Design, Job Descriptions, and the correct Grading of jobs.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
  • Reviews and maintains employee personnel files and ensure that they are completed and complies with labor law & the company policies.
  • Responsible for contracts and follow up Hiring required documents.
  • Keep track of company attendance and employees' leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave.
  • Maintains personnel files & forms in compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Responsible for reviewing the overall payroll process Including overtime and deduction.
  • Work as a link between senior management and employees by dealing with questions and helping to solve problems related to work.
  • Implementing, and monitoring all the required regulations, policies, and procedures in relation to human resources 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the same role.
  • Experience in Talent acquisition in the Real Estate industry is a must. 
  • Leadership skills.
  • V. Good command in English
  • Giza resident is preferred.
