Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to oversee and execute all aspects of our marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will manage our brand presence across digital, social, and traditional media channels while driving customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Job duties:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies and annual marketing plans to meet business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
Platform Management:
- Oversee and manage all marketing channels and platforms, including:
- Social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- Website and SEO
- Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Offline marketing (events, print, partnerships)
Content and Campaign Management:
- Develop campaign concepts and manage the production of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and agencies to produce high-quality campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all touchpoints.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
- Use data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Team Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
- Lead or collaborate with junior marketing staff and external vendors.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills.
Proficient in marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CRM systems).
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Experience in Tourism is preferred
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and AITA diploma
- Minimum 3 years of ticketing experience in travel & tourism industry
- Extensive experience in ticketing
- Experience in Amadeus is a must.
- Experience with multiple destinations itinerary, complicated fare rules, modifications, and refunds.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
- Excellent English level
- Ability to handle flight groups
- Passion for customer service and building strong rapport with clients
