Job Description

  • Assisting in interview scheduling for hiring needs, sending vacancy reports.
  • Managing leave entries and attendance reports.
  • Coordinating for bank account openings and administering company benefits.
  • Handling HR documentation and end-of-service procedures.
  • Managing social insurance forms and exit interviews.
  • Applying disciplinary actions as per policy.
  • Ensuring timely contract renewals and resolving conflicts among staff.
  • Implementing company policies, conducting meetings, and promoting employee engagement.
  • Coordinating employee training programs and updating employee records regularly.
  • Ensuring new employees attend orientation promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 1 year’s experience.
  • Excellent English.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
