Job Description
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for all branches within the Upper Egypt region.
- Support and coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for regional vacancies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and processing of employment records, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist with the implementation and follow-up of performance management.
- Monitor adherence to HR policies and procedures, and provide support in resolving employee relations matters.
- Coordinate HR training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs across the region.
- Maintain updated employee data and regularly report HR metrics to the central HR team.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring the timely submission of attendance and relevant data.
- Facilitate communication between regional employees and the head office HR team.
- Travel to branches as needed for audits, employee support, or HR initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multi-site or field-based role.
- Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Upper Egypt.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
