Support in designing and executing CVM and Loyalty strategy in line with marketing’s objectives
Assist in developing CVM and loyalty programs roadmap and business cases.
Own the CVM & loyalty campaign plan and scheduling of relevant campaign activity.
Evaluate program performance and investigate opportunities in order to recommend promotions and strategies that drives spend and engagement (e.g., ROI, new member acquisition and activation goals, increased frequency, etc.)
Map customer journey flows across the end-to-end campaign experience.
Build customer 360 view, segmentation and analyze customer behavior to generate insights from measured customer behaviors.
Support ad-hoc CVM & Loyalty campaigns related to requests from marketing.
Work collaboratively with marketing team and data analysts to forecast, manage and analyze campaigns and programs performance metrics and to report on activities.
Become an expert on the CVM platform functionalities and features.
Manage ongoing live CVM & Loyalty programs and report on key campaign metrics.
Generate various reports on programs results, performance, and operation.
Develop relevant business data analytics to drive new strategy.
Works collaboratively with Marketing Analytics, Finance and other Loyalty Development counterparts

Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration or marketing
At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
Has direct experience in marketing and proven knowledge in e-payment ecosystem, or successful story launching and developing mobile app
Has knowledge in the following areas: product management, feasibility study, product marketing and Customer Value management
Has desire and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment.
