We’re seeking a results-driven Performance Media Buyer to lead user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital media campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter/X) to achieve client ROAS and CAC targets.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using real-time data insights.
- Design and implement A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account Management, Design, Data Analytics) to align media strategies with client business objectives.
- Build client-facing performance reports with actionable recommendations, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Manage retargeting campaigns and conversion tracking systems (e.g., pixel implementation, UTM strategies).
- Forecast budgets, allocate spend efficiently, and provide ROI projections for media plans.

Job Requirements
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in performance media buying, including hands-on campaign management for user engagement, user acquisition and retention in both Egypt and Gulf area.
- 1+ year of experience managing pixel-based conversion campaigns and retargeting strategies.
- Proven track record with platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snapchat Ads, Twitter/X Ads.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, LTV).
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to deadlines and budgets.
- Ability to self-manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
