Job Responsibilities:
- Ad Buying & Management:
- Execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, preferred LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Negotiate ad placements and budgets to optimize costs and maximize ROI.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Continuously monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments to improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements.
- Budgeting & Reporting:
- Allocate advertising budgets efficiently across different channels.
- Prepare reports and insights on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Market Research
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and platform algorithm changes.- Experiment with new ad formats and emerging platforms.
Job Requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of media buying and digital advertising, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite (Facebook Ads Manager), Tiktok, etc.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including content creators and designers.
