Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to meet performance goals (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.).
- Manage media buying across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bidding, budget allocation, targeting, and creative as needed.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop and test ad creatives and messaging strategies.
- Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze data and report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, ad platform updates, and emerging channels.
- Forecast campaign performance and provide budget pacing reports.
- Manage media spend efficiently and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and KPIs.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in performance media buying or digital advertising.
- Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting dashboards.
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Understanding of tracking technologies (UTMs, pixels, conversion APIs).
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and performance measurement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams.
