Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic B2B marketing plans to attract new clients who need private label or custom manufacturing services.
- Position the company as a reliable, innovative contract manufacturer for cosmetics in regional and international markets.
- Research and identify target industries and potential brand clients (e.g., skincare startups, established beauty brands, wellness companies).
- Create tailored marketing content (presentations, service brochures, case studies) that speaks to business decision-makers.
- Lead digital marketing efforts focused on lead generation through channels like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
- Collaborate with the business development team to align messaging, outreach, and pitch strategies.
- Participate in or coordinate presence at industry expos and B2B networking events.
- Analyze marketing data to refine strategies and ensure high-quality lead acquisition and conversion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing — ideally in cosmetics, personal care, pharma, ( manufacturing sectors ).
- Proven ability to build marketing strategies that generate business leads and brand partnerships.
- Familiarity with contract manufacturing or private label models is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Experience with B2B platforms like LinkedIn, and marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, etc.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
- Comfortable with Nasr City.
