Business Development Specialist is a full-time role that requires strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Role Description
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, LinkedIn approaching, email, networking).
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the agency's capabilities and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals.
- Understand clients' marketing objectives, challenges, and target audience.
- Tailor marketing solutions to meet clients' specific needs and goals.
- Support in preparing comprehensive proposals outlining the proposed marketing strategies, deliverables, and costs.
- Track the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategic planning.
- Work closely with other team members (e.g., account manager) to ensure seamless client service.
- Contribute to a collaborative work environment by sharing best practices and industry insights to improve sales process.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and industry news.
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- +2 years of proven success in the same role in a marketing agency.
- A marketing agency background is a must.
- Age does not exceed 30 years.
- Resident in Cairo.
- Good reading, writing, and conversational skills in both English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and prospects.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities with focus on negotiating contracts, closing deals, and convincing clients of the value of our services.
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
