Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and positively charged Brand Manager who is excited to fuel Roufy’s next chapter of growth and brand success. This hybrid role involves developing and managing Roufy’s brand identity, leading marketing initiatives, and ensuring a consistent, compelling brand presence across all platforms and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity for Roufy’s across all customer touchpoints.
  • Create and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive growth, awareness, and customer loyalty.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate advertising and promotional campaigns (both online and offline).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, customer service) to ensure brand consistency in all functions.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, website, email marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform brand direction.
  • Work closely with designers, photographers, and agencies to bring campaigns to life.
  • Support the expansion of new branches by developing location-specific branding and launch strategies.
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics to refine strategy and report to leadership.

 

 

Job Requirements

Role requirements 

  • Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, and Advertising skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns through various platforms.
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
  • Experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
  •
