Job Description
- We're looking for a creative, hands-on Brand & Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and execute marketing initiatives across digital, offline, and trade channels. This role involves owning the brand identity, planning and running campaigns, managing social media and media buying, and supporting sales through effective trade marketing.
Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and market trends. - Lead marketing campaigns from concept through execution across digital, ATL, and BTL channels.
- Manage product launches, brand activations, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years in brand or marketing roles (preferably FMCG or beverage experience).
- Experience in both digital marketing and offline/trade activations.
- Strong creative thinking with commercial awareness.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Bonus: Experience in a startup or challenger brand environment.
