Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Brand General Manager to lead our nationwide sales operations and drive business growth. The Brand General Manager will be responsible for setting and executing sales strategies, managing the performance of sales teams and branches, and expanding our corporate client base and distribution network.
- Lead and grow company sales, promoting all product lines across the national market.
- Identify and convert corporate accounts into long-term clients by understanding their needs and matching them with the most suitable vehicle models.
- Build and maintain a robust database of business community accounts and develop strong relationships to generate ongoing corporate sales opportunities.
- Manage and support branch managers and sales teams to ensure high performance and alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor and manage the performance of all branches, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
- Continuously develop and improve the sales department’s performance through process enhancements and team development.
- Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to the company’s long-term growth plans.
- Expand the distributor network to increase market reach and ensure widespread product presence.
- Ensure the product achieves its key objective—market penetration—through a strong and efficient distribution strategy
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in managerial level at Automotive field
- Highly communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent user of MS Office
