Job Description
As a Brand Manager, you will have full ownership over the brand. You will handle 360 plans to drive brand growth through a range of initiatives that impact brand awareness, as well as consumer perception and loyalty. You will be leading the brand towards bringing brand strategy into life. You will initiate activities, lead execution, and identify innovations in a way that disrupts the brand market.
You will be working mainly with the objective of maximizing the sales volume and profitability of all activities related to the brand.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop the annual business plan for the brand, including outlining the brand's strategic objectives and detailed execution plans.
· Work with different stakeholders to guarantee a smooth and effective brand growth.
• Initiate marketing strategies & action plans to improve brand’s performance.
• Reviews marketing related KPIs at the store on a regular basis and brainstorm ideas for actions to be taken.
• Understand local beauty market and key international trends.
• Writing and proofreading creative copy.
• Lead brand content team to arrange production of multimedia content and make sure it matches the brand guidelines and plans.
• Coordinating all brand related activities and events.
• Be able to identify ways to change specific shopper behavior and exploit direct marketing techniques in store to drive increased sales.
• Ensure implementation of the operational in-store action plan to increase customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Work with COLORS training team in developing the sales force development program.

Job Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Junior Brand Manager or Brand Manager.
- -A strong knowledge of handling marketing related operations.
- Experience in handling commercial – marketing related operations.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration.
- Experience in media planning, advertising, creative and concept development.
- Extensive knowledge of trade marketing, marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
