• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with Arma Group’s growth objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research to uncover consumer insights and monitor competitor activity.
• Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to roll out effective commercial plans.
• Translate research and data into actionable brand plans that drive differentiation and consumer preference.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently.
• Lead 360° marketing initiatives including ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store activations.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
• Strong commercial and marketing knowledge with a proven track record in successful brand campaigns.
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for innovation, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
