Job Description
- Develop and apply a High-Performance Evaluation System
- Develop KPIs for the new jobs
- Review the current KPIs, and its effectiveness and relativeness
- Reporting the outcomes of the performance review process that is documented between the manager and the employee.
- Implement the periodic appraisals (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly) and follow-up with the department managers to finalize their subordinates’ appraisals
- Setting Performance standards and analyzing performance gap
- Managing a dialogue that includes performance feedback measured against clear and specific goals and expectations established at the outset of the performance management cycle.
- Analyze the appraisals and recommend valid solutions for any performance issues
- Review the progress of achieving departments’ objectives in coordination with the department managers
- Integrate performance management principles within the department including: strategic and service planning, operational service delivery, project and management.
- Setting Performance standards and analyzing performance gap
- Creating organizational charts and headcount reports on a monthly basis
- Assisting in rewards system plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- HR Certificate / Diploma is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
- Patience and able to deal with all types of personalities. Problem Solving Skills, and Well organized
- Report Writing Skills.
- MS Office.
- Rewarding systems background is preferable.
