Job Description

Develop Marketing Strategy:

Create and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company goals.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Manage Promotional Campaigns:

Plan and launch marketing campaigns for exclusive product offers and seasonal promotions.

Coordinate multi-channel promotions (social media, WhatsApp Business, exhibitions, SMS, etc.).

Brand Management:

Oversee brand positioning and visual identity across all marketing materials.

Ensure consistency in brand communication across digital and offline platforms.

Sales Coordination:

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Provide the salesforce with promotional materials, brochures, and offer tools.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor campaign performance and ROI.

Prepare periodic marketing reports and improvement recommendations for top management.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and guide the marketing team, including content creators and designers.

Assign tasks, track progress, and support team development.

Exhibitions & Events:

Plan and manage company participation in medical and cosmetics trade exhibitions.

Organize product launch events and customer engagement activities.

✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or distribution sector.

Proven ability to create and execute strategic marketing plans.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with design tools or experience working with creative teams.

Knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing techniques.

Job Requirements
