Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Nozha Group’s diverse portfolio across education, real estate, tourism, and other sectors.
- Coordinate and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and project timelines.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Maintain and update content on company websites and social media platforms.
- Assist in managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within a multi-sector organization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
