Job Description
- Process monthly basis for all employees manually by excel.
- Calculate and process bonuses, overtime, deductions, benefits, and taxes.
- Prepare monthly payroll checklist (Hiring, exit, penalties, leaves, permission, delays)
- Prepare employee pay slips manually .
- Track and manage employee leave balances (vacation, sick leave, etc.).
- Manage Attendance System and uploading new hires fingerprint.
- Responsible for preparing Social Insurance registration and deregistration.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in payroll & personnel function along with manual payroll processing.
- Awareness of payroll checklists and payroll effects (e.g., overtime, absences, penalties, bonuses).
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with fingerprint attendance systems.
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
