Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners to generate new leads & business to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets.
  • Act as trusted advisor to partner providing, either directly or indirectly, best guidance on how to maximize use of Silicon21-NITS solutions and services to achieve current and future strategic goals.
  •  Act as the point of contact to ensure all partner’s needs are met quickly and professionally and all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  •  Lead all aspects of the sales process, to assist in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new, existing and forecasting clients by establishing good rapport with clients through face-to-face outdoor meetings or by conducting calls on daily bases.
  • Perform Marketing activities and coordinate with sales support & marketing team to prepare seminars, exhibitions, trainings, and giveaways as required.
  • Submit weekly, monthly and as requested business reports to management; ensure optimum use of online tools and resources as advised by management.

Job Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience as a project account manager or sales account executive preferably in the physical security, light current, CCTV, access control and public address systems.
  • Hands on experience in Projects sales in similar distributor environment and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience is preferred.

Skills:

  •  Active, energetic and passionate to exceed revenue target by developing and nurture retail partners’ network.
  • Able to deal with people at all levels within an organization, and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers.
