Job Description
- A B2B Sales Associate is required to join the Award winning, US based Call center business.
- You will be based Remotely and be looking to achieve an excellent commission structure and benefits.
- We are looking for passionate, driven business builders who love to win, have strong business ethics and great communication skills. You will play an important part in driving revenue by helping to develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the company.
- Your role is to drive sales of our entire services range, matching prospective customers requirements to the relevant service.
- You will be assigned leads but will also be expected to generate a proportion of your own enquiries by networking, marketing, cold calling and engaging with agents and brokers.
Summary of responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from the identification of opportunities to deal closure and client on-boarding.
- Produce and follow a clear and concise sales plan which maximises the sales opportunities across all sales channels.
- Proactively seek to develop a long-term relationship with clients and prospects through effective relationship building.
- Respond to leads inquiries, relating to all aspects of our range of services and products offered.
- Develop strategic relationships with industry partners and brokers such as consultants, lawyers, third party outsource service providers, IT vendors, and associations etc. to generate new sales leads.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies
Job Requirements
Skills and qualifications
- Successful track record in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in building client relationships
Preferred
- Experience in selling a BPO solution would be advantageous
- Experience in the BPO industry would be advantageous
