Job Description
- Conducting product research and competitor analysis to understand consumer preferences and market dynamics.
- Defining product specifications, features and performance requirements based on market demands.
- Generating creative and innovative ideas and concepts for new products or product enhancements.
- Creating prototypes and conducting testing to validate product designs and functionalities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Marketing and manufacturing, to ensure successful product development and timely launch.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in product design, engineering, industrial design or a related field.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials and cost optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and consumer behavior.
- Strong business acumen and market awareness, with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality products.
