Job Description

Recruitment and Selection:

(HR) departments are responsible for managing the employee lifecycle within an organization, from recruitment and onboarding to training, performance management, and offboarding.

Training and Development:

HR designs and implements training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting both individual career growth and organizational needs. 

Compensation and Benefits:

HR develops and administers compensation and benefits packages, ensuring they are competitive and align with company policy and legal requirements. 

Performance Management:

HR establishes performance standards, provides regular feedback, and manages performance improvement plans. 

Employee Relations:

HR addresses employee concerns, manages conflict resolution, and fosters positive relationships between employees and management. 

Compliance:

HR ensures the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including those related to safety, equal opportunity, and employee rights. 

Employee Engagement:

HR plays a vital role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment, promoting employee satisfaction and motivation. 

Maintaining Employee Records:

HR keeps accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personal details, job roles, performance evaluations, and benefit information. 

Strategic HR Planning:

HR contributes to the overall strategic planning of the organization by aligning HR initiatives with business goals and objectives. 

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).

4–7 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the advertising, media, or creative industries.

Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both English and Arabic).

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to build and maintain a high-performance culture.

High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with advertising agency structure and roles (creative, media buying, client servicing, etc.).

Experience in recruiting for both creative and operational roles.

Understanding of fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and attract top advertising talent.

Develop and implement HR policies that support business goals and employee well-being.
