Job Description
Al Fawzy Dental is a premium, high-growth dental clinic in Egypt, offering exceptional care to both local and international patients. With a strong vision for dental tourism, a loyal patient base, and a modern digital presence, we’re seeking a proactive, experienced Marketing Specialist to lead and coordinate our marketing activities—across strategy, team-building, execution, and brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- International Patient Coordination & Follow-up
Act as the main contact for foreign patients and ensure excellent communication before, during, and after treatment.
Collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to provide a seamless dental tourism experience.
Monitor satisfaction and create patient loyalty through personalized service.
- Dental Tourism Strategy & Business Development
Support strategic plans to grow our international patient segment.
Identify partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, embassies, and concierge services.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a strong edge.
- Digital Marketing Oversight & Content Management
Follow up with the Google Ads mentorship program and guide the internal team on execution.
Oversee the planning and publishing of social media and online content aligned with business goals.
Coordinate with the content creation team for on-brand graphics, photography, video, and captions.
Manage and track content calendar, engagement metrics, and campaign results.
- Content & Marketing Team Recruitment
Lead the recruitment of content creators, photographers, graphic designers, and other marketing roles as needed.
Collaborate with HR to define roles, screen candidates, and support onboarding.
Ensure the marketing team structure grows in line with the clinic’s vision and service quality standards.
- Loyalty & Referral Program Management
Design, launch, and promote loyalty and referral campaigns to enhance patient retention and acquisition.
Monitor program performance and adapt strategies based on feedback and results.
- Giveaways & Brand Engagement
Plan and manage branded giveaways, thank-you kits, and welcome packages.
Ensure gifting aligns with brand image and enhances the patient experience.
- Website & Agency Coordination
Liaise with the external web agency to ensure smooth progress on updates, enhancements, and SEO improvements.
Suggest changes to better reflect brand tone, UX improvements, and new services.
- Offline Marketing & Local Visibility
Plan and supervise offline marketing efforts including printed materials, clinic branding, community outreach, and partnerships.
Coordinate presence at events and opportunities for local brand exposure.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications
✔ 2–4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or tourism)
✔ Strong command of digital tools (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, social platforms, CMS)
✔ Experience managing and/or recruiting creatives such as designers or photographers
✔ Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus
✔ Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple parallel projects with attention to detail
✔ A strategic thinker who understands both brand value and operational needs - Preferred
Background in medical tourism or international patient marketing
Understanding of patient journey mapping and experience design
Familiarity with WordPress, CRM platforms, and design brief creation
Previous leadership or hiring experience in marketing teams
