Job Description
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.).
- Manage mobile app user acquisition campaigns, tracking installs, registrations, and in-app conversions.
- Use Firebase to monitor in-app events, analyze user behavior, and attribute campaign performance.
- Implement event tracking (Firebase/GA4/Tag Manager) for installs, wallet creation, payments, and fintech/telecom actions.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing/app screens.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and data teams to ensure proper attribution and seamless user journeys.
- Prepare performance dashboards and reports to guide business decisions.
- Manage campaign budgets across channels, focusing on ROI, CAC, ROAS, and CVR optimization.
- Stay updated with ad tech changes, app marketing trends, and telecom/fintech digital growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital growth.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Firebase, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms.
- Solid understanding of app marketing metrics (installs, DAU/MAU, ARPU, churn, LTV).
- Knowledge of telecom/fintech user journeys (SIM activation, USSD to app migration, e-wallet onboarding) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Strong creative skills for ad copy and collaboration with design teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
