Job Description
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.) to drive growth.
Manage mobile app user acquisition campaigns, ensuring installs, registrations, and in-app conversions are tracked accurately.
Use Firebase to monitor in-app events, analyze user behavior, and attribute campaign performance. Implement event tracking (via Firebase/GA4/Tag Manager) for installs, top-up, wallet creation, payments, or other fintech/telecom actions.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing/app screens.
Collaborate with product, tech, and data teams to ensure proper attribution setup and seamless customer journeys.
Prepare detailed performance dashboards and insights reports to guide decision-making.
Allocate and monitor budgets across channels, focusing on ROI, CAC, and ROAS optimization.
Stay up to date with ad tech changes, app marketing trends, and telecom/fintech digital growth opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital growth.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong experience with Firebase, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms.
Solid understanding of app marketing metrics (installs, DAU/MAU, ARPU, churn, LTV).
Knowledge of telecom/fintech user journeys (SIM activation, USSD to app migration, ewallet onboarding, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Creative skills to develop compelling ad copy and coordinate with design for visuals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
