Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Management Specialist to develop, implement, and support the performance management framework across the organization. This role is responsible for aligning individual performance with company goals, managing appraisal cycles, and driving a performance-based culture. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, HR systems knowledge, and a deep understanding of performance frameworks, KPIs, and employee development.
- Design, implement, and maintain performance management systems, policies, and tools
- Coordinate and manage annual and mid-year performance review cycles
- Support departments in setting SMART goals and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives
- Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to HR and leadership
- Train managers and employees on performance review best practices and tools
- Identify high and low performers and work with HRBP on development or improvement plans
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to align training programs with performance gaps
- Support in the design and execution of reward, recognition, and incentive programs
- Maintain and improve HRIS/Performance Management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP, etc.)
- Monitor and ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations across departments
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in performance management and recommend improvements
