About the Role:
As a Marketing Manager you will lead our marketing efforts across local and regional markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing home and electrical appliances, with a proven ability to build brand presence, drive consumer demand, and manage multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support product launches and brand growth.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and trade channels.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align messaging and go-to-market initiatives.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify opportunities for brand positioning.
- Manage external agencies and vendors (creative, media, PR) to ensure high-quality execution.
- Track marketing performance, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and insights.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and in-store promotions when needed.
- Lead a small marketing team and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, within the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing practices.
- Experience in launching and managing product campaigns across multiple markets.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
